The Brief..... Take a new build garden and remove all existing slabs and lawn, excavate to one level, install 100 sq m of porcelain patio with Ground LED lighting, setts border and pattern panel for kitchen area. Install Venetian style fence, Rendered retaining block wall with integrated lighting and porcelain coping above. Install aluminium pergola for seating area, install artificial grass front and back.

This is what we had to work with. Blank canvas with sloping lawn, plain fence, and a few cheap cast slabs. Typical new build estate house garden.

We started by removing 50 tons of lawn and topsoil to level the front and rear garden, then adding 20 tons of sub base stone and compacting, before building a new Block retaining wall later to be rendered painted and coping stones fitted with LED lighting. Then a veteran style fence.

Next we installed new drainage and installed a cutting edge porcelain patio. We were unable to install Acc drainage channels as the damp proof course was far too low.
