The Party Garden Project 2026
The Brief..... Total transformation. Remove everything all existing slabs and lawn, excavate, install 70 sq m of porcelain patio with Ground LED lighting, two levwls with connecting paths. Install Venetian style composite vertical cladding to concrete sectional garage, Tile clad retaining block wall and porcelain coping above. Install aluminium pergola for seating area with lighting, install new qulaity turf grass lawnsfront and back.

This is what we had to work with. A bit of a mess multiple levels with crumbling etaining wall. Concrete sectional garage and sloping overgrown and weed infested shrub beds

We started by removing 16 cubic yards of lawn and topsoil to level the front and rear garden, then adding several tons of sub base stone and compacting, before building a new Block retaining wall later to be clad with porcelain tiles and coping stones fitted above.

Next we installed new drainage and installed a cutting edge porcelain patio using Himalayan White colour. We had a raised patio to the rear connected with lower paths and patio areas and installed in ground LED lighting, with all electrical connections to correct points

Finally we installed new turfed lawns, a new driveway gate, clad the garage in composite vertical pannelling and installed a pergola with overhead lighting.
