The Brief..... Total transformation. Remove all existing slabs, excavate, install 45 sq m of porcelain patio with porcelain setts surround.

This is what we had to work with. An old smooth sandstone patio which was incredibly slippery and hazardous.

We started by removing the old slabs and setts, then prepared the ground and levels and started laying new large format Italian porcelain tiles.

Next we installed new new porcelain setts in a contrasting darker colour to frame the lawn and house.

Then the transfoprmstion was comlete and it looks really neat and crisp
